DMV Certificate of Attendance Form

All requests for student records must go through ScribOrder. This includes requests for the DMV – Certificate of Attendance Form.

Go to https://washoeschoolsnv.scriborder.com/. This link can also be accessed by going to the WCSD homepage, hover over schools tab, and click on Student Records. Students and Parents can also access the request page under the Student and Parents tab, then click on Student Records.

To request the DMV – Certificate of Attendance form CLICK ON THE BACKPACK ICON if you are a CURRENT student and would like to order your student record or transcript. In the green box at the bottom of the form select DMV - Certificate of Attendance.
